Dooku at G is interesting. IMO R2-D2 would be best for that spot, lol. Dooku would be a highly skilled forward who often uses one hand to deke through everyone and take those one hand backhanders that Crosby & Coleman do.

Chemistry on that 3rd line is terrible. Palos and Obi just don't mesh. Having Luke down the lineup makes sense. He's a great player but you can't forget that he does disappear for long stretches.
Yoda in the taxi squad? Gotta think he finds a way to Force himself into the lineup.

The Jar Jar Binks- TiCo Rose lineup is a killer, probably worst in the Fandom Hockey League. Try signing Darth Maul for more speed. I think Anakin should get a chance of the Powerplay alongside Padme. Move Rook elsewhere. This team will be a serious Contender, but will their defense stand up to Jumanji's?
