Yeah because Julien and Berge are definitely high on Tatar right now lol. Not to mention they love their big bodied Frenchies (Poulin).

Don't get me wrong, do I think MTL should make those trades? Probably not, but for some reason they are scratching a guy with a 70% xGF or some **** like that.

Why not? By the time they are competitive again, he'll be at the end of his contract/closer to 30. You get a 24 year old LD which is a position of need for Detroit and a few picks for Yzerman to snag some lottery tickets with.
