There's no 1st in the offer (unless the OP has edited it). A 2nd would be the minimum for Granlund before retention though.

Although NSH has no need for either of those two players coming back, NSH would do it for the 1st. They'd probably try to flip the other two if anything.

They do. If it were Granlund retained for a 1st and two 7ths, I'd love it a lot more than a 1st, Vesey & Galchenyuk.
