I think Hall would cost Ylonen a First, Weal (cap purposes) and lindgren. he is a rental, and he is playing trash on a trash team tbh. buffalo cant ask for caufield or any of those top prospects because hes a rental having a bad year

If by past few seasons you mean just last year, than yes, year before it Hall got hurt but was out pacing Tatar by a significant amount and the year before that Tatar wasnt close. If the Sabres ddid that I would assume they would do it either for an extension or for Expansion draft

i dont see the habs trading tatar tbh. they'll trade picks/prospects/depth players for hall. especially considering the 14 day quarantine, the dynamics for trades will be different

Hes not getting anything close to a 1st rounder. Hes been awful (0 EVS goals) and this season with the quarantine lowers his value even further
