I know it's a lot to take in. I feel like it's relatively close, but what's your thoughts? I am aware that Smith has a no-trade clause, and that Nashville probably would not want to see Neal. Maybe add a 2nd and/or 3rd in trade?

I mean, I'd like to give an opinion, but having a hard time forming one since this season it would take all of these guys like 2 weeks to get into the lineup after a plane ride, ruining the point of this. Sorry to be a downer lol. Both teams seasons would be completely ruined. After about 5-6 games with these guys all in limbo.

if you are going into the playoffs you aren't trading nuge you are keeping him and you also aren't blowing up the whole team you are adding a 3C or something like that.

Agree with this. To me, it looks like your top 4D gets better, free of Neal's cap, and maybe a 3C upgrade. RNH to Granlund is a downgrade. Turris didn't last long on the wing in NSH, but maybe it'll go better in this scenario.

What's the goal from the EDM side?

Too many moving parts to be viable for this season. Nashville is down the drain this season but Edmonton is still in it for now but by the time the quarantine on all these players is up and missing some key players in the lineup they may fall out of contention. I don't think the value is bad for either side though.
