Morgan Rielly isn’t a good defencemen in his own zone. This fan base protects him. He hasn’t been our number 1 this year.

3rd in the league is quite the stretch (Makar, Hedman, and Pietrangelo have entered the chat) but yes Rielly is elite and trading him would most likely be a mistake
