This is NOT a fantasy question. This is real world. They're in the same division and were drafted only 1 year apart.
Carter Hart plays behind a rock-solid defensive team. He gets tons of run support as PHI is currently 4th in the league in GF. Hart's numbers are pretty weak thus far, however. He has a sub .900 save % and is allowing a dismal 3.49 GAA. But, he's only 22 and has superstar potential.
Blackwood sits at or near the top of the league in GAA and Save %, but has only started 4 games this season b/c of the pandemic. His 5 on 5 play has been pretty ridiculous - I think almost all of his GA have been scored on the PP. His save % was actually better than Hart's save % last season (.915 to .914), despite playing on one of the worst teams in the NHL.
I would take Blackwood but I'm biased as a Devils fan. What do you guys think? Why? Is there another young Goalie who you'd rather have other than these two guys? Shesterkin or Demko, perhaps?
