Is this supposed to be serious? Like really? The wild aren't giving up what is amounting to potentially four 1st round pick, or two 1st round pick, , & more.

Ryan Hartman can give wild a 2nd & prospect
Bonino can give wild 2nd & Prospect, or 1st round pick
The Pitt pick is looking to be a lottery pick. The wild won't be doing a trade like this it happens till after expansion

Wild are giving up three really good players with potentially lottery pick for 1 good player , like no. This would be reserved for Alexander Barkov

Mark I & colton are nobody.

Jordan greenway isn't a bottom 6 player. You are forgetting wild are giving a potentially lottery pick. Wild won't trade greenway but if they did he would be more than 1st.

Bonino can bring 2nd & prospect @ deadline, or 1st depending on his play

Ryan Hartman being really good 4th liners so far will bring wild at least 2nd & prospect

On what planet is that while package the equivalent of 4 1st round picks? Lmfao. That’s an atrocious deal for Jake alone let alone with added pieces. Even if the added pieces aren’t that great.

Hartman isn't worth more than a 4th rounder. He's not great offensively at 5v5 and is not good at all defensively. He's only good for the PK.
Greenway is inept offensively. He can't drive play or finish. He's a massive downgrade for the top 6.
Outside of last year, Bonino isn't great offensively either so he doesn't really improve the Pens bottom 6.

The 1st rounder doesn't make up the difference, especially not in a year where the draft is weak

Pretty much agree here. Hartman is an expensive 4th liner who may have had a couple of fluke years in Chicago but hasn’t done squat since or otherwise. Greenway is a 3rd liner that could probably play short stints as a 2nd liner. But he is a really good 3rd liner at best. Bones has been pretty bad this year compared to his previous 4-5 years. Even in Nashville he played 2nd line but put up 3rd line stats so he wasn’t even that great there. 4.1 million for a 3rd line rental is too expensive for the pens wallet. Jake alone would put up almost as many goals as all 3 players coming from Minnesota.

I would think Hartman is a 2nd or 3rd and prospect, same With bonino to the right team. Greenway would get a 1st at this point the way he’s finding his game.

Guentzel is amazing, but just not worth 3 players who’d be welcome on pretty much any serious team and the picks. Honestly I’d do something around greenway and 2nd for guentzel.

My main concern would be how well does guentzel do away from Crosby? I bet he takes a bit of a drop in his stat lines.

Yeah as a Wild fan I can't agree with most of this... In my opinion you're over valuing these players.

Bonino will probably pull a 2nd at the tdl, maybe they can get lucky and get a late 1st with retention?

Ryan Hartman is a 4th line player who takes way too many dumb penalties. Maybe he gets a 3rd or 4th?

I personally would not trade Greenway, unless you do it so you don't leave him exposed to Seattle.

Bruh you are outta your mind here lol. Guentzel is worth so much more than any piece Minny sent back. "Four first round picks" is seriously such a silly cop out answer.

I mean four 1st round pick isn't a cop out answer. The price of a lottery pick alone , if lottery pick would at least be a 1st round pick

Greenway isn't a 3rd line. Clearly alot of oens fans haven't seen greenway this year. You are also forgetting the potential lottery pick

Let me see, Currently your team is out of playoff, struggling team which could be a lottery pick this year. Hartman is guaranteed to get at least a 2nd deadline. Players of Hartman quality have been traded for 2nd round pick past deadlines

Just because the draft us weak doesn't make look e it that if it end up being a lottery pick, 1st pick will still be worth alot. Clearly alot of pens fans haven't watch Greenway this year have recency bias. Joel Erickson Ek, Greenway, Kaprizov leading the team this year. Greenway is leading wild in points, & has been driving offense.

So it's a fact he would get more than 1st, but he's not getting traded

1. You don't make sense.

2. That's literally 1 first round pick in the trade. Bonino Hartman are worth 3/4s at best, and Greenway could conceivably get a first but that'd be a long shot.

3. How about Pens offer McCann, Lafferty, Riikola a first and third for Fiala?

It won't be a long shot . That is blatantly false . Greenway has been amazing offensively , & defensively this year. Clearly an NHL Gm in Guerin saw more in him than cap friendly or any others .

A young improving player in greenway will get a 1st round pick.

No, the 1st round pick I am talking about is the lens 1st round pick that wild Currently have. The pens pick could end up being a lottery

Wild don't touch this. We don't need those players, we don't need to be trading firsts, we don't need to be acquiring wingers.

In his two years as a pro he has accumulated 24 points and 28 points. He was on pace for around 35 points last year had it been a regular season. That is 3rd line production.

By a whopping 2 points. If we win tonight then we are back in the playoff position. Cool about Hartman but this is a flat cap year and teams know that IF the cap goes up that it will be very minimal. Many teams took huge losses on good players this year just to shed cap. So no team will pay close to a 2nd for an overpaid 4th liner this year. Not to mention to deal with an expansion draft coming up. And if this trade truly benefits the pens this year and not the wild, then that 1st isn’t a lottery pick at all. Because this trade would boost the pens into a playoffs spot.
