Why? I'm not even a Ducks fan, in fact I'm a Kings fan I still think it makes a lot of sense. Detroit has to be cap compliant next year anyway and Henrique is still good, he just needs to be on a different team.

His contract just sucks to take on we already have Nielsen, Dekeyser and just bought out Abdelkader. We don't need anymore bad ones unless we get something back like the Staal trade.

They can keep him if they aren't taking a bad contract back. We'll be fine during our rebuild without nthis contract
