Team Explanation
If Jack Eichel were to be traded I feel the kings are one of the few teams with the capital to do it while also having a need for a top center. Since I’m not a fan of either team or follow them closely I’d like to hear your feedback. Would you guys swing a trade and if so what would it be?

Byfield potential could be almost as good as Eichel, I know it’s potential but you don’t trade that. Maybe Vilardi or Turcotte but def not Byfield

Well put, I don’t think kings a fit, sped up rebuild possibly, but just like the youth movement on going, and the next nucleus isn’t deep enough or ready for a franchise changing trade in my opinion, not yet another year or two and future in net and on blueline cemented, have at it, but right now trust the process keep the build. Kind of the same in ottawa, just like the transition in la get some of the old money off the books and in with the new before the big splash.

I would love for Ottawa to trade for Eichel but unfortunately it would cost Stutzle or Tkachuk + which I wouldn’t wanna do. I’d trade Brannstrom + unprotected 1st (top 5 pick) and maybe Norris tho.

Ya possibly withstand the loss of one lottery pick, but a lot on here have multiple firsts, just such a slippery slope for one guy, with any luck it’s a year or two away and possibly a buy lower range and sens hit on a few more pieces before then. They are a little different with out the term and money all ready doled out for multiple seasons to some of the vets if la

Not sure why the Kings have a need for a top-line center. Kopitar is still one of the best in the game, and by the time he declines, Byfield will be ready to jump in.

The Kings biggest need is actually at top-six wing, and this trade has their best prospect at that position going to Buffalo.

I don't see a fit for a Eichel to LA trade.

This is why jack isn’t asking out until he has a NMC in 2022 so he can avoid going to another bad team.
