    But that doesnt mean retired, just give him less minutes and not against other teams top line

    I'm not saying he retires tomorrow either. This is 2022-23, it's still really unlikely but who knows.

    Could be any team but I still think it makes sense for Detroit. Bernier and Greiss will both have expired and Allen is an above average 1B option for a relatively cheap price.

    No reason for the Wings to trade for a (by then) 33 year old goalie, when there will be FA options available. Honestly, trying to project out trades past this and MAYBE next season is pointless anyways with how much can change.
