How do you not include Hughes there?

Mario Ferraro LD for the sharks has quickly become the best all around D man on their team, and it isn’t even close!
He’s averaging 27/28 min a night, playing 3+ on the PK and 1/2 on the power play even with players like Burns And Karlsson on the team! He HAS to be considered.

Under 23 means under 23. Anyone who has already turned 23 doesn't qualify, 22-year-olds or younger only.
