You have to give up actual assets the flames would want for starters especially retaining 50%

Isn’t even close to fair value

Burke is more a figurehead in PIT. It's Hextall's show. Burke may need to sign off on deals, but Hextall is the one working the phones .

No just no there’s no one on the pens that would be tkachuk, not even Crosby. tkachuk is way younger Crosby is coming to the end of his career

Fortunately for the Penguins, Burke is the talking head advisor and Hextall is the GM.
But to answer your question....if Burke had the power to acquire Tzachuk he would overpay, cause he proved in last years in being with NHL teams he knows little of player evaluations.

God no, Trading Tkachuk is the exact opposite of the answer (unless you are offering Eichel). The correct answer is probably giving him the C

These are the same people who say stupid as **** like "the penguins are going to trade crosby"
why the **** would anyone take them seriously.
