Boston would make the sense the most imo.

I gotta go with BOS or CGY. Gotta assume EDM looks to extend Barrie if he keeps playing well. I'd say a definite no for COL and CAR if they keep Dougie. If Dougie goes UFA, all bets are off, like you said. I could see the Rangers offering a 1-2 year deal, but I cant possibly see them offering term after what happened with all of their buyouts on D.

CAL and Bos make a lot of sense if the Bruins don't believe McAvoy can be 1# d

McAvoy already is a #1 D (but it wouldnt hurt to add Letang anyway)

not sure how everyone here thinks "bruins make the most sense" Mcavoy is a legit #1 d here. Carlo is a legit #2 d here. They would target LD over RD. Im actually not sure boston is a fit at all for letang. We are a better fit for malkin/crosby than letang.
