Hockey cards? Unless you have a Gretzky, Howe, or Orr rookie card, they're probably not worth much more than the paper they're printed on.

I have complete sets of 1990-91 and 1991-92 Upper Deck. I checked their value a few years ago and the entire set was worth like $10, despite containing rookie cards from guys like Pavel Bure, Sergei Federov, Jaromir Jagr, Mike Modano, and Ed Belfour.

Unless you have a pristine graded set (very rare), you're not going to get much for hockey cards. If you check e-bay, you can buy factory sealed 1990-91 sets for $10.

Your best bet is to check the Beckett price guide. They release a new one twice a month and have the "HI" (mint graded condition) and "LO" (non-graded/ebay) values for all new sets and "popular" old sets.

that is because back then they made lots of them and u could buy the entire set, now a days they don't have that problem
