Granlund isn't a center. No idea why Capfriendly still lists him as one because he has never been able to produce consistently at center.

No thanks to the Granlund deal. We don't need to be spending picks for rentals. And frankly, I'm not even sure Granlund would be happy to come back here.

As for the Bonino deal, sure, I'm sure he'll get something like that, so why not.

He was for the first few seasons, then he switched to wing and was much better there. Wouldn't put him back at center, he's not nearly as effective there.

He hasn't injured himself yet... That's about the only positive thing I can say about him.

I don't get why Minnesota is buying in geberal, but also while simultaneously selling

Also, Granlund is not a center

That's because it's a contract year.....if it wasn't he'd sit on IR.

have to think Bonino goes for more than a 3rd. I don't know know. I see a bidding war for him later. Just my opinion. He's got pedigree.

He's about to be sitting in the pressbox. I'd rather keep that 7th than watch him bumble and stumble around the ice.

If he doesn't then MN should just keep him and play out the season. He looks like he's on his last legs but can still play 4th line/PK minutes. It's not like he's blocking anyone for a roster spot.
