Ducks pass on Virtanen and Fowler trades for sure and maybe the Silfverberg one too. Virtanen is not worth a 2nd. Howden doesn’t have that much value. Silfverberg should get a first but maybe pick 32 and another relatively high second works.

Rangers can't take on Fowler's contract for the next 6 years.

Henrique and Silfverberg trades are okay.

You seem unaware that there is a huge difference between Fowler's and Manson's respective value the other way.

No point to trading away useful fourth-liners for trash picks, particularly Rowney. The only reason we traded Derek Grant away for a fourth was that his contract was expiring, and we signed him back in the off-season.

NJD deal - Would ANA go for adding Nick Merkley from NJD side and Ian Moore Ducks' side?

Absolutely not when it comes to retaining 50% on Rico for the next 3 years. Rico @ $2.5 mil would be a huge steal.

Don’t think Silfverberg would waive his no trade to go back to Ottawa but even if he was willing I don’t think he fits what the sens are trying to do. Doubt they’d be willing to send two high second round picks for someone who doesn’t fit the plan.
