Description

The Habs dont have enough space to sign Danault. BUT, he is the ideal 2nd line center, puts up decent numbers, defensively sound and has proven chemistry with current players and good shutdown abilities. In my opinion, and this may be my love for Sergachev but Drouin makes me sad and I'd like to see him gone.

Cuz its my trade and I wanted to... lol. Those are the pieces I want, but clearly all would be tough to get. Some combination of those pieces would be fair I think.

That Colorado trade is so unrealistic. Newhook himself is probably more valuable than that whole montreal package.

I was going to say it might be my despise of Drouin but this is God awful for Colorado,but seeing the other responses I see it isn't clouding my opinion

If our « ideal second line center » scores as little as Danault does, then we’re not going to win anything. We need to see what KK has got to determine whether or not he’s someone we build around in that slot. If Danault doesn’t want to think of himself as a third line center, then he’s gone after the season. That’s all there is to it.

Drouin has been excellent so far this season, what is it about him that bothers you?
