Coyotes accept but Montréal shouldn’t make that deal

Armia is an ufa. No value to Sabres. Byron is Byron. No value to Sabres. Is Poehling different from Mittelstadt?? Just bigger. Late 1st in a shallow draft. Is that going to be the best offer????

I am not so sure Sabres will get a ton of value for Hall... Just last year NJD got a 1st + Middling prospects and I don't think his value went up in any way.

Interesting you mention Mittelstadt, I was thinking Mittelstadt and Poehling will complement eachother very well! Two Minnesotats guys, that know each other from growing up withing the Team USA system. I think pairing them together could wake Casey Up! Down the road you can either put them with Cozens, Quinn or Reinhart... should make for a good line!

Byron, no real value, I presume to balance the cap this year, this is tough as he still signed for two more years.
2021 1st round pick (MTL) not likely to be a lottery pick,
Armia, a UFA who could be signed for far less than Hall. If Bergevin could sign him to an extension, this is a great deal for Buffalpo
Peohling, a former first round pick who may be a career AHL player.
I would make this trade only if Armia was signed to an extension for less than $3,000,000 for at least 3 more years.
Byron's contract is hard to take on IMO, while they both PK, MTL PK is about the same success as Buffalo.
