I'm a believer in Elias after the WJC. He might need 2-3 years in the AHL and the right opportunity in the NHL, but I think he has the talent to make it.

He was on my same post last year. He’s my fave player in the class outside of top 10ish. There isn’t anything bad about his game. I even think that he’s benefit from the smaller rinks with the 200 foot game he plays

For sure. Interestingly, I haven't seen much talk about him rising up draft boards though. Definitely worth a late round flyer, at the minimum.

I agree. I’d be willing to bet that he goes somewhere in the 5-7 range, but I think he’ll be a steal. I wouldn’t consider him a reach at the late second onward, but I understand the risk you have with an overager
