I don't like it. Just choose who to protect and go. They protect Carlo, McAvoy and either Lauzon or Zboril, I'd guess that the other of them gets selected or Grzelcyk. No need to give up a pick as well. Forwards I would protect top line, Coyle, DeBrusk, Ritchie, Frederick. Leave Smith, Kase, Kuraly, Wagner, Bjork exposed for forwards. They aren't stuck by contracts to protect anyone they don't want to - Bruins are actually pretty well off for the expansion draft, I think.

my Guess is Zboril. Most upside. Slow developer but keeps getting better, or Kase, if he can come back and stay healthy. Depending on others available - could also be Bjork - I feel like there are more good defensemen available.

Would love the Bruins to trade Senyshyn and a 2nd for Seattle to leave everyone alone. Might actually be plausible if Senyshyn keeps playing well.

A few issues, Rask isn’t going to get a raise more in the 5.5M range, Kase has only played 2 games no way he gets anything more than 1 year deal at the same cap hit but he probably gets less, Ritchie gets at least 2.5-3M on a 2 year deal to show he can score like this every year for the Bruins.

I think Carlo will get AAV of 5M and IF they resign Krejci it should be under 5M AAV.
