Description

Bottom 6 is rolling just fine, so I have no issue waiving Neal/Turris and even Kassian when he is back. Neal and even Kassian I think highly unlikely to be taken, and honestly with Pulju's emergence, if someone took Kass, we could now spend that 3.2 mil a lot better on other players in FA (namely a goalie). I think it unlikely that he'd get taken though in this weird waiver market year.

Khaira and Haas are playing really well, but I worry that they may have moments when holding down 3 and 4 C is tested. Turris has not been the answer to support them. Haula would give good speed and faceoff support to the bottom 6, and offer that 4th line some more skill which, with Chiasson's net front finishing, I think might mix well.

If he gets waived again in favour of them keeping Comrie as 3G on roster. With Koekkoek out and many forwards who can be waived without worry of waiver pickups (or even if they do not being of concern), I'd like having a 3G on the roster in case of injury to Smith/Koski.

Does make a lot of sense for PK for sure. Although Haas and Khaira are both pretty dependable in that role, so I'd be looking for another Swiss Army knife guy like Haula. But I agree, more likely those molds of players with Holland making the moves
