Skinner has redeeming qualities for the sabres when he plays, vlasic has been straight up bad. Skinner isn't bad, he has been mishandled since last season.

I understand that. Has Skinner been 14 mil better than Vlasic though?

The coach seems to have something against him. But Krueger is not a very good coach. At least not for the modern NHL. When he is moved to a managerial role as team president or something next season, we can hire a different coach who knows what the hell he’s doing. Skinner is not irredeemable, A better coach will play him with the right people and get him going again.
