I don't see a team that's 2nd to last in its division trading a 1st to move contracts without any term left, at a time when it can't do anything with the cap space. Maybe at the deadline, when bigger pieces are available to help them move up? But at that point the money involved is less, so probably just get you a 2nd round pick.
