I get that Forsberg wasn't on Friedman's list of three untouchables that everyone's treating as gospel, but I think it still would take an offer NSH couldn't refuse. This is pretty refusable.

I'd take B's LD as is for a playoff run before adding Old Man Edler for that pkg ^ ^.

Love the Forsberg trade (agree that NSH doesn’t retain much if any, but there’s enough cap room for the Bs that they won’t need it).
Not super sold on Edler and I think Lauzon coming back in a month takes the need for him away. Gryz’s health is gonna be what determines if they make a move on D. If he can’t play and they don’t make a move for a top 4 LD then they won’t make it out of the division rounds.
