I think there should be a section between all in and buy a little that contains the Panthers/WPG/PHI and maybe a few others like the isles that’s buy larger (top 6f/4d controlled for 1 1/2 seasons+) long-term additions instead of rentals

dont think Blackhawks should buy Ince they r rebuilding. habs probably won't buy but could sell Tatar or Danault if they aren't doing well. I think the flames moves would come more in the offseason

Vegas is in a weird spot. They actually probably need to sell a little (Nosek, Carrier or Reaves type player) to then buy a little bit.
