I'd do it. We're pretty much buying young assets and draft capital. We likely won't be using that cap space on free agents anyway.

I'd say shave it down to just Johnson + pick for Hendrique (retained to 4 million)

Thats a good trade for ducks and lightning, would have to be thought over by both sides but definitley could be some form of a deal there.

As for the trade with us, We can likely get better value return for Zadarov by way of draft pick/s and/or prospect/s, so on that basis alone I would decline.

As the Anaheim GM, I would do that trade in a heartbeat. A versatile C/RW who would improve the third line at either spot and might even play up, a first-class RD prospect (although eligible for the expansion draft), another good prospect, and that kind of draft capital? You bet.

Really hard to those multi-player deals, especially this year. Plus Ducks are at 50 contracts right now. Would have to move somebody else out without taking a contract back.
