Good signing, I wonder if they'll sign Jacob Leguerrier now...also I assume a Harvey-Pinard signing is in the near future!

Wow getting paid more than Brook, a former 2nd round pick, is surprising. Not a big deal as he looked solid in his AHL stint.

Guy looked solid in his AHL stint and over his three years in the WHL he looked to make giant steps from one year to another! Great pick and knowing the amount of rookies coming in the upcoming years you know that contracts will be cherry picked for players they really believe in.

Looked pretty good when I went to the 2019-20 rookie camp. Joel probably liked him alot during his stint in the AHL if they signed him this fast.

I'd assume with the way Harvey-Pinard's been playing he'll definitely get a contract soon.

Was the first day they can sign unsigned prospects so that's why we saw many signings today. He's in Laval, so it probably made it easy to negotiate.

Considering LeGuerrier hasn’t even played a game for Laval this year, I wouldn’t say it’s likely. Out of the habs prospects whose rights are expiring this off-season, Rafaël Harvey-Pinard will probably the only remaining player to be signed, with Ikonen, LeGuerrier, and Ruscheinski not being sent an offer.

Fairbrother’s AAV is lower, and his performance bonuses are lower than Brook’s. He just has a higher cap hit because Brook’s contract slid a year.

Ikonen actually start to play again this year after like 2 years of injuries. Sure his devellopment took a hit but he's been ok so far with Ilves in Finland. I would give him a try like Ylonen

He resigned with Ilves which means we cannot sign him even if we wanted too.

Well we can, since there’s a transfer agreement between the NHL and Liiga (unlike the KHL). However, I do think it’s very unlikely that he’s signed.
