We have 50 of them and Wood is one of them. Wow, I think this deal works. I know Wood has been good this year but he's been up and down his whole career and I am worried Palms is playing his way out of the rental conversation. He just hasn't been good. Now, some of that may be because he plays the 'Ovi' spot an the Devils have not been able to set up the play due to lack of practice. This isn't bad.

The bruins fans on here need to settle down and stop spamming bad trade ideas. This group isn’t doing anything major with player movement.

It may not be the right price for it, BUT you do kind of recreate that Lucic-Krejci-Horton type line adding Wood and Palms. Maybe instead of DeBrusk its Kase, Bjork and just the 2nd. Kase for Palms, young player with injury troubles for a rental piece seems like a chance its worth taking on both sides. Bjork and a 2nd for wood, idk if this is even but I think NJD would decline. I just like the look of that 2nd line.

With the 4th line playing invisible the Bruins won’t win a 7 game series against the capitals way to physical, can’t just have Fredric run everyone. Debrusk is just awful, bjork is not a 4th line player, nick ritche and smith have been good but they are 3rd line wingers. Bruins need to make a move and waiting for concussion Kase to come back is not the answer

We got out played the majority of the game, rask stood on his head. Debrusk was skating around in circles in all three ends with out the puck which is his normal now. Fredric was doing too much to over compensate for the fact that the Capitals are a much more physical team down low in the corners. Best way to beat the Bruins is hem them in their defensive zone and hammer the defenseman which they did pretty well at times.
4th line was just invisible except when Kuraly turned over the puck leading to the only goal. This team has major gaps on the second line and Kase/debrusk are not the answer absolutely disappear in a physical play style . I’m not saying the Bruins need to go and add Reaves and some other bum enforcer but they need to add a winger or 2 who can play a physical style and produce points. Play that way in a 7 game series Bruins will lose just like we did against the Blues and Tampa last 2 years.

The 4th line had like three or four shifts where they were in the caps zone the entire time. That’s about as good as you can ask from a 4th line.

Everyone is looking for a winger or 2 who can play a physical style and produce points. Josh Anderson anyone. Available ones are few and far between and the cost is usually prohibitive.
