NSH declines. If anything, they'd be looking to move some of their surplus 3rd liners for picks, not the other way around.

If that’s all we get for Malkin and Letang with 50% retention then the pens would probably just keep them rather than basically pay the same with their retentions and massive downgrades to replace them.
I doubt we’d have McCann to trade. Just believe he will be exposed and taken by Seattle. The Edmonton trade is an absolute rip off overpay. No way Archibald gets more than Malkin at 50% retention, Letang at 40% retention, McCann or even Riikola.
