Mac is the best penatly killer on the second best penatly kill in the league. Is a workhorse and shoulders so much defensive load allowing Heddy and Sergy to run rings around the competition. He is far from a cap dump.
Krieder is top ten in the league in goals goals per game? Shooting at an unsustainable 25% That's not going to drop to his career average of 14%.

He is a good penalty killer vs top goal scorer. Weak, man. I'll just say Rags say no to that deal.

Top goal scorer my tush. Pick a favorable timeframe and Isac Lundeström is looking like a top goal scorer in the league.

From 2018-19 to this year Kreider's 34th in goals league wide and 50th in even strength scoring. That's a good scorer, NOT a top scorer.

I think you do. Having a LD core of Lindgren, Miller and Johnson is, while potential, comparably quite weak. I think an experienced workhorse like McDonagh is exactly what a young team like Rangers need.

We have an immense amount of prospects and Miller and lindgren is fine first two pair

Top goal scorer? Overachieving. Just ignoring half of what I said Is weak man.
Tampa says no to that deal because Kreider is scoring at a slightly higher rate than Palat who plays in more situations and is cheaper. See I can cherry pick stats too.

10 goals this year...same as Stamkos. I am fine with labeling him a "top goal scorer"

Very short sighted thing to do. Toffoli has 13 goals on his name, yet I haven't seen Habs fan calling him a top goal scorer.

    Dustin Brown has 11.
Kreider and a 4th for Brown.

Lindgren, Miller are both already in the NHL Reunanen could easily jump to the NHL this year but will start next year. Jones and Robertson. The Rangers D prospects are stacked

Yep, kinda reminds me of Ottawa. So many prospects that there's not enough slots for them...hence they're getting in every trade post on this site because they have no use for them.

McDonagh's not a prospect though. He's a solid D from the get-go and most likely better than all the names mentioned here for now.
