I would think at least Horvat would be going back in any Eichel trade -- and then you run Pettersson and Eichel as your top 2 centers in whatever order you want.

Horvat, Podz, Rathbone, Virtanen, 1st -- still doesn't really feel great if I'm BUF. Maybe Boeser instead of Horvat? Not sure VAN has the pieces to get it done -- or if they want to mess with their cap by adding $10m Eichel with Pettersson and Hughes needing new contracts.

Dude that's not even freaking close to getting you Jack Eichel, Without one of Boeser, Pettersson or Hughes hitting the other way you're not getting Eichel. Besides there's noway in hell Vancouver can afford Eichel's $10 million caphit plus give Pettersson $10 million per and Hughes $9 million per good luck with that.

VAN doesn't need to trade for Eichel, they have a solid young core. They just need some of those bad contracts to come off the books before they become a real threat.
