Boston just doesn't need another young RD. And if they did it's hard to say. Good young RD are a commodity. If Bear can play as good as last year and then improve some, which he definitely could, D don't reach full potential most of the time until there later 20's (according to some hockey peeps, Athletic, Sportsnet.. etc.) then I would say he has good value. Debrusk has been a second line LW since he entered the league, but he's regressed slightly last year and has regressed significantly this year. IMO right now Debrusks value isn't a ton more then Bears, maybe a mid round pick or a B prospect. But Boston isn't looking for a RD. Willing to take Klefbom, Russel, Jones, Laggeson?
