New Jersey & Boston would be my best guess as to where Johnny Hockey will end up!

Debusk may fit well in Sutters style. Can you tell me a bit about everyone?

He doesn't though so you are going to have to pay a lot more than that for him

Not NJ. Our top 6 would be so soft. Philly and Boston would be my prediction.

Not a bad idea, but this is obviously a pretty damn big overpay by the bruins, even with that retention

Lmao not at all. Johnny Hockey is good, but hes not THAT much better than debrusk. (a 1st a 2nd a solid dman and a decent prospect...)
Again they probably accept, but its obviously an overpay

Lmao, so this is where the difference between an experienced fan and a moderate fan is much more clear
You see debrusks poor stats this year and are immediately discounting him.
Please, do more research, study contracts and age, as well as size, style of play, and other factors including defense and grit, AND THEN come back here and have a discussion

DeBrusk was picked #14 overall in 2015. He's a solid top-six forward already with plenty of upside. Lauzon, who I really have taken a liking to, was drafted in the 2nd round in either 2014 or 2015 (i forget which), in a pick they aquired from the Dougie Hamilton trade. He's been solid on the back end and has looked pretty good offensively this season as well. Steen was a 6th round pick in 2017, and has been about 0.5 points per game in Providence in the past 2 years.

this is so cringey bud, you're lecturing me on being a hockey fan when you're trying to tell me that you'd rather have a 24 year old debrusk instead of a 27 year old gaudreau

Debrusk pt totals last 3 years: 43, 42, 45
Gaudreau: 84, 99, 58

Never mind performance so far this year and gaudreau being a better fit for the bruins window along with being the much better player

Lmao, when did I say that? Please quote it for me hahhahahahaha
I said, he isnt worth THAT MUCH MORE THAN HIM. HE IS STILL WORTH A 1ST AND a Decent Prospect MORE (MORE) than debrusk. but not with the 2nd and a good dman lol
Again, research! Properly quote, and THEN respond

I literally said he is the MUCH better player than debrusk, your confidence is once again making you look like a fool. Johnny has never had a season worse than debrusks best, and he's one of the elite playmaking wings in the nhl. This package isn't enough to get it done whether you like it or not unless johnny openly forces his way out of calgary. Maybe you should try thinking it through a little more before you decide you dont want an elite winger because you're too obsessed with the "grit" of a guy like debrusk who's never recorded more than 45 points. Flames are even retaining in this deal, idk what planet you're on

you're the one who singled out debrusk as the reason for the Bs not to make the trade, if you're complaining about the prospects and picks thats ridiculous too considering who you're getting back and, again, the gap between debrusk and gaudreau. maybe try to remember what you said

Uh. That is literally me saying DEBRUSK IS THE ONLY CONSISTANT!!!
It is Debrusk and 1st and a decent prospect
NOT debrusk a 1st a 2nd a solid dman and a decent prospect.

YOU ARE WRONG/. STOP TRYING

Lmao god you people are annoying
Just changing everything when u realize you are wrong
So ill just wrap this up now as the mature person here:

Gaudreau is an excellent LW, top 10 easily (and probably close to top 5)
Debrusk is a top 6 NHL LW sniper, though he has been struggling early this year.
If the bruins were to accquire Johhny Hockey, it will take Debrusk as part of the return
HOWEVER: it does NOT include a 1st, 2nd, LHD, and a decent prospect... That is FACTUALLY an overpay
Realistic trade: Johhny (0% retention) FOR Debrusk, a 1st, Kase, and Steen

Thats it. Im out. If you respond with something kind/inteligent, I will respond and have a good mature discussion
If you respond with something else dumb / wrong, im just gonna ignore you because of your immaturity. Your choice of course!
