I'd pass tbh. Don't see the point in getting Hall, especially moving our top prospect and another first. Also want nothing to do with Deangelo.

Gee, the Pens are giving up possible the best player in the trade and all those futures of two meh players on expiring contracts.

Not what the Pens need at all. We can pick up rentals, but not trade our whole future. I also dont want DeAngelo...

Staal would be a good fit for pitt. They don't seem to be able to function without a veteran leader. Like Cullen and Hornqvist in the past

Wutt? The sabres would be stupid not to accept that lol. They get our 1st for next year which will likely be a lotto pick because he just traded our best prospect that will likely be in the top 9 next year and top 6 in the future, a top 9 winger in McCann, a cheap defenseman that has been fantastic in his very short time here so far for an expensive locker room cancer.

Why can't we trade him, and then sign again, if he so wants to be in Buffalo?

The pick is not interesting and the players are not an upgrade on what they already have

Probably not, he said he wants stability, plus you lose negotiating rights and give those to someone else

Ok I get your a sabres fan but come on lol. A probably lotto pick isn’t interesting to a rebuilding team like Buffalo? Or any team for that matter? Saying it isn’t just makes you sound like a homer lol. So is saying McCann isn’t an upgrade long term to pretty much anyone in the Sabres bottom 6 lol. And a team can never have too many solid prospects.

Omg lol you dont like picks lol why dont you want a mid round pick lol. If its so valuable why not keep it then, pitt will be rebuilding soon, especially if theyre going to be a lotto team next year. The Sabres dont need a possible return 5 years from now for Hall they need results now

What are you talking about a mid round pick? It’s a 1st in a deep draft and a 2nd lol. And with this trade, the pens are pretty much almost guaranteed to be a lotto team next year. Without this trade the pens are likely playoff contenders. Meaning it could become the number 1 OA with this trade. And I don’t know what you mean by me not wanting it? I’ve said from the start this trade is terrible for the pens and a gift to Buffalo. But anyone that thinks a possible 1 OA in a decent draft isn’t valuable is either stupid, trolling, or an extreme Homer. And a 1st rounder if it’s a lotto pick next year likely helps right away. Even if it’s a late 1st still likely helps in a year at the latest. You’re acting like it’s a 4th rounder the pens are giving the Sabres in this trade.
