Ideally we win the cup this year on the back of Tavares, Weber and Price and it was all worth it, even if we lose him to free agency. I think they could make it work though, especially since Plekanec, Emelin and Markov will be off the books by the end of 2017-18 and Sergachev + Juulsen + McCarron will likely be ready to step up.
