Hmmm, during the day would be preferred. The Saturday one would be best for me as 7 eastern time is usually when I am eating supper.

So I guess the answer would be

I’m good for Friday 8 pm AST (7 EST). Can’t Wednesday, and Saturday I can’t at 12 EST but I can do it for the rest of the day.

I've made a shortlist of 189 players i would want to pick so as long as they don't all go before it ends my draft will go well ( they won't all get picked as it include pretty much the whole Habs team )
