I don't know, I think some pretty basic statistics can explain it without an entire fan base taking a "Us against the world!" mentality...

Let's say 80% of all trades on here are bad. That number is probably low, but doesn't really matter for the point of this exercise. I'd assume that a conservative guess of the percentage size of the population on here that are Leafs fans would be somewhere between 15-20%. So, if you guys are posting 20% of the trades on here, and 80% of them are bad, of course you're going to get more flack on here. More posts=more criticism.

Yes. Leaf fans are the only fan base on here that ever gets criticized for their poor trades. I mean, it's so confusing, and absolutely horrible that the vicious people on here only ever attack Leaf fans. Nobody ever says a thing about Rangers fans and their 800 bad Eichel trades a day, nor do they criticize the weekly Carey Price for multiple 1sts and Bowen Byram trades, or the "Seattle will take our bad contracts for nothing!" trades, or the "Sidney Crosby for squat" trades. Leafs trades are the only ones on here that ever get smacked.

i do, and often read more than i comment on. But it's a pretty distinct pattern, i could also say that you just dont register it as much because you arnt a leafs fan and it doesnt absorb the same

Absorb the same? Man...we're on a mock-trade forum, not at a U.N. rally...I get that some people take it pretty seriously, but the day that I take something to heart here because someone criticized my fan base should also probably be the day I logout for good.
