Description
"Three weapons the Bruins should add..." article. I'm not saying these are good trades or make sense, but here are the packages for the players proposed.

The only one I'd honestly be interested in is Merzlikins. Young goalie to broader the field in the next couple years since Rask is up.
Trades
1.
DAL
  1. Senyshyn, Zach
  2. 2021 4th round pick (BOS)
2.
BOS
  1. Oesterle, Jordan
Additional Details:
Not quite sure why this guy? I'd guess Arizona wants to hang on to him since he'll likely slip by Seattle. Probably would have to overpay for a player that just fills a need, doesn't really make them better
ARI
  1. 2021 3rd round pick (BOS)
3.
CBJ
  1. Blidh, Anton
  2. Kase, Ondrej
  3. 2022 2nd round pick (BOS)

Oesterle is probably talked about in the article because he’s on a cheap contract and has been putting up pretty good offensive numbers this year. I’d prefer for the coyotes to hang on to him and resign him but this is a pretty fair deal for him

Is Cogliano that much better than Frederic? Especially considering his cap hit. Oesterle, I guess you never have enough depth but he's just another 3rd pair D. I think Rask re-signs and by the time he retires, Vladar/Swayman will be ready so I will pass on Merzlikins and personally, I prefer Kase.

ngl, absolutely none of these really make sense for the Bruins. If they go after a dman, itll be for a considerable upgrade over Zboril/Lauzon, Oesterle is not that. Could maybe see Elvis in the offseason, but realistically it doesnt make sense for either team to make that trade midseason. And Cogliano is just another bottom-6 guy we dont really need.
No idea what was going on with that article
