Alright well it's not THAT bad.

Ward signed his big one for nearly 12% of the cap. Binnington's is only 7% and that will (maybe?) go down a smidge by the end.

Ward basically signed the equivalent of Vasilevskiy's contract, which would have been a major yikes for Binnington.

But yeah, overpay for a guy who had one good run for sure.
