Description

Mantha’s cap hit coming over is only about 2.85m this season, so the cap works for now. Deal with the off-season when they get there.
Deal is Kerfoot, two 1sts and a 2nd for Mantha and Glendenning.
Leafs would have about 1.1m left to add a depth Dman.

This deal does not help Wings as they need a top flight young LHD or 2nd line center.

Kerfoot is slotted as a 3rd line center, Aminov is nice but Wings have wingers, 1st will be late and Hallander is ehh.

What's with all this Kerfoot to Detroit crap? We've Namestnikov who's basically the exact same player as Kerfoot, You want Mantha we want better then this. Toronto doesn't have the necessary pieces that's we'd want for Mantha need to include at least Sandin we need 2C help and LD help top 4 and Toronto can't help us in those areas.

Since Mantha is in the 1st year of a 4yr deal and hasn't asked for a trade I would expect too overpay to get him. Detroit needs Cs and LD so for Detroit to move a piece as big as Mantha Sandin and a 1st.
