Canucks decline I'd rather have Roussel

NSH declines. That's not enough for Ekholm. Forsberg would cost significantly more than him.

Hard pass from the Pens. Dumo has been a major stability piece on the blue line and don't have the money to retain on him.

Agreed 100%. I struggle to see the upside that B's fans see in Vaak.

You forgot Seattle.

Nash and Nucks decline. Boston does not do the Pens deal. Be better off signing Murray as a FA.

Instead of Hyman, Krejci, Halak....go after Nugent-Hopkins for C2 and move Coyle to RW2.

Value wise the PIT trade is not awful, two extremely underrated players, but Dumo is just far too valuable to the team, and the $ isn't there to really retain

I think I've seen about 4-5 out of the 8 games this year.

Wow thats quite the sample size isn't it. Kids got 102 GP between the AHL and NHL, maybe you struggle to see is upside because you watched less than 5% of his pro career.

Trust a B's fan to get worked up that someone thinks one of his teams prospects isn't the next GOAT tears of joy You spend a lot of time watching Providence and Saipa, do ya?

Vaak has looked solid this season, injury a couple years ago really set him back because I thought he had a chance to become a top pairing guy. Now I dont think his ceiling is there but top4 dman is what hes got the potential to be.

That being said, this offer is still Debrusk and another prospect short of being close

Worked up? No (nor did I ever say he'd be a GOAT) in fact I find it funny that you base an opinion on a 5% window lol. To answer your questions I do watch a good amount of Providence games. I have 3 AHL teams within 90 minutes of my house (one being Providence) and 2 of those are within 45 minutes of me. Safe to say I get to see a lot of hockey cool

They see value in him not having to be protected in the expansion draft. You have to balance that with what you think of him as a player. Is Nashville doing 4-4-1?

I'd assume it would 100% depend on if they move Ekholm or not. They're also in a weird, super enviable position that they don't have NMC's on anyone except Josi, which surprises me.
