I feel like you’re going to be 2-3 years away from any sort of production from a lot of those guys in the top 7 or 8.

We need to upgrade. He puts up blank points but doesn't do the hard work centers need to on the boards, defensively, etc.

I agree, most contracts like these don't end well but they could use a DeBrusk replacement or a straight up top 6 boost.
