I can't see why Minnesota would give up that much to get Staal back. I think if you take out the 2nd Guerin might consider, but I still doubt he wants him back.

If Guerin wanted Staal he wouldn't have traded him in the first place.

Vlasic doesn't waive and even if he does. You do not want him.

Let be serious, thats an absolutely brutal overpayment for Hall. You could very easily argue that DeBrusk has been better than Hall over the last calendar year. Add in he's younger and team controlled, I don't think the Bruins would do it one-for-one. Adding in the first just makes it not even close

DeBrusk is way better. Hall has been atrocious.

Sharks probably accept

Even though we're paying 7.25 as opposed to just 7 for the next few seasons and then 1.25 for nothing after that, I still think it's worth it. Vlasic is just too much. Doubt he even waives tho.

Imagine trading for Vlasic and having to protect him for the expansion draft.

Wild don't need/ want Eric Staal. Our GM gave him away for a reason. So no. Wild aren't interested

Not sure why MIN would ever take Staal back at this point. They gave him away for a guy that basically lives on IR and they knew that when they made the trade. The BOS trade is intriguing, but I don't see why BOS would need to give up DeBrusk AND a 1st. Hall is nowhere close to the player he once was and he's worth considerably less than he was when the Devils dealt him to the Yotes last season. If BUF retains half Hall's cap hit, I can see BOS giving up a 1st and maybe a conditional 2nd or a B prospect. Maybe I'm overvaluing DeBrusk, but I think he's worth more than a prospect that's probably never gonna become an impact player in the NHL.

He was scratched for 1 game lol.

You can keep Hall, guys a clown that deserves to spend his career bouncing around the bottom the NHL standings.

DeBrusk straight up for Hall (retain 50%) is about as fair as I see that trade getting.
