I'm just going off of what Dubas said a couple days ago when he mentioned that he's willing to trade good prospects in order to bolster their current lineup. In reality, I'd be fine with a prospect swap, but was curious to see what something like this would look like

I 100% agree that either of them being moved would be shocking. Really just wanted to gauge Leafs' fans opinions on Dubas' "willing to trade any prospect to bolster the roster" comment from earlier this week.

Why? Dellandrea is already NHL ready, plays a more valuable position as a center and have some leadership experience from playing in a weaker team back in juniors.

N.Robertson's only merit is his insane amount of goals in his last year in juniors. But he hasn't really performed in the NHL level yet. Sadly though that's exactly the kind of player the Stars need.

I'd maybe give Honka in the exchange as a plus, but honestly that's about as far as I'd go.

Sure he said top prospects but I think he means A prospects like Liljegren not A++ like Robertson and I think he also means 1st round picks

Honestly cap wise they are mostly unable to bolster their lineup. But as said in the desc we shouldn't focus on that.

I only said a little bit more not a **** ton. We have enough centers and not enough wingers, and even less scoring wingers, Dell is better two ways but NRob is better offensively which is what we need. I wouldn't pay a lot more, but Honka is basically worthless at this point because nobody got him for free when they had the chance on waivers, I would maybe give a low pick like a 4th or something like that.

I think Frank Seravlli said it best Sandin is untouchable and you would have to offer something very special for Dubas to go sure. Sandin is the future and if Rielly decides to walk hes probs destined to become the replacement. Robertson would be next on the list as with the flat cap we need all the ELCs and cheap contracts we can get and hes one of them. Plus hes NHL ready at this point and expect him full time in 2021-2022

I have a feeling when Dubas said he would move a top prospect Liligran and Amirov were who he meant and out of those two its most likely Liligren.

This will not happen. Our two other goaltender are old. One of them will probably be traded or will go to Seattle and the other is always injured.

With the rise of Riley Damiani, I could see a swap between Robertson and Dellandrea. But I would be more comfortable doing that if we could see, this year, how Damiani can play at the NHL level.
