Stop with these andersen for ullmark trades, they are pointless for the sabres. Giving up the better and younger goalie for another pending free agent doesn't help them.

Leafs obviously would have to give up more, but unless they have a deal worked out for him, why not trade Ullmark if another team wants him? Sabers should trade everyone on a 1yr, maybe even 2yr deal. Then look to move others in the summer.

Sure. But if they do go for another rebuild, they might really have to pay him a premium with term for him to go through that as a goalie. Or he might not want to go through a rebuild. Maybe he just likes another spot. Again, it's why I said they should see where they are with an extension.
