Can’t trade away Colin Miller or we definitely lose Borgen to Seattle. We need to keep a guy they’ll actually consider taking.

Don’t see avs giving him 2 3rd rounders and a roster player, they defeats the purpose of adding at the deadline.

Depends on whether we would consider trading any of them at the deadline, but I expect it to be Dahlin, Risto, and Jokiharju. Leaving Miller and Borgen as defenders with team control available.

Clearly, BUF has lots to sell. Will be interesting to see how many guys they manage to move. When the Avs had their disaster season, Landeskog made a point to say he wanted to stay. Wonder if anyone in BUF has the guts to do that

Bruins don’t need the retention. They’re in good shape with the cap. So that knocks the first to a second. The Sabres will get more for Hall trading him to someone who does need the retention.
