Campbell Starter

Created by: lilmike2905

Initial Creation Date: Mar. 22, 2021
Published: Mar. 22, 2021
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
i think the leafs should roll with Campbell for now as there starter because he has a league lead in save percentage and least amount of GAA. though hes only played a few games i think Jack is more consisten then freddy Andersen,i also think jack is better in a 1a 1B situation and thats how teams get far in the playoffs by having a solid tandem. so let me know what you think about this freddy trade.

Don't think there is anything enticing about that deal that makes Jersey retain half and send over a pick.

For Palmieri....
One of - Amirov, Sandin, or Robertson
Or pick plus one of - Liljegren, Niemela, Hirvonen, Abruzzese or Koster

While I get there is nothing enticing in the above package, I don't think Palmieri is playing well enough this year for those sorts of returns. I think you're going to look at like a 2nd plus maybe a little

I do agree but Palmieri has been very consistent (apart from this year) and is very good defensively. I've seen Hall's value more than a first despite him playing poorly this year. And with the high interest of Palmieri from other teams, I think he gets more than a 2nd

The very average Palmieri has no interest to the Leafs especially since he will missing 3 weeks of NHL games due to quarantine.
No way Thornton plays centre anymore.

Coming from a Sens fan, there is no value in Coburn except for maybe locker room experience. Is there a skill gap/difference between Coburn and Maricin? Not enough to warrant a trade let alone giving a 3rd round pick.

It depends on the market. But hall has former mvp value.

Palmieri my guess is a second and meh prospect. But if a bidding war he could get a first or more

I agree however Palmieri would be more appealing to teams with limited cap space. I heard Bruins, Leafs, Islanders, Oilers, Penguins and more are all interested so I expect his value to go up.

I wonder if we'll see non impact trades between us and Canada. Having to wait two weeks makes me wonder why bothering for non impact players.

It also depends how many sellers. If Pearson, Iafallo, Granlund, etc are all available it decreases the value if not many it increases it.

Okay...

I'm saying as me, the Sens fan. Don't bother with Coburn.

You're welcome.
