Gusev at 2 mil would be a no brainer, especially on a short term deal. You should probably pencil in Boldy as the 2/3 line LW.

Yup. Too lazy to sign on the reserve list but think Boldy can be a great player. His spot can be JG’s maybe as early as this summer. I’m all in on bringing Gusev here on the cheap though. It makes stupidly good sense and I bet he’d consider it now that he’ll have more limited options compared to his last venture in FA, and that Kaprizov kid might help too..

Just not happening.

You are probably proposing that fan article, & it's not realistic

Where is gusev going to play? If boldy is taking up a space, wild have zero room

It’s tough to say. Wild don’t historically play rookies opening day unless they’ve absolutely earned it out of camp. Same will go for Rossi. I just bought out Rask to make the cap work

Kaprrizov is a rookie

If boldy shows he can be on team from beginning, he will

If Marco rossi shows, he will

Guerin made it clear to rosie's agent he will have an equal chance as everyone, & if he performs will make roster

Buddy, I’m gonna propose whatever the hell I want. Who cares if it happens or not. Sort of the point of this website. Go take your sad loser perspective elsewhere eh?

Loser perspective? Nice name calling & being hurt over facts

I like the idea of Rossi-Boldy-Foligno as an opening day 3rd line. Within a week, Rossi pushes JEE to that line and Boldy pushes down whoever is playing 2LW.

Kaprizov is 24 this spring with 6 years of pro experience. Boldy is finishing his sophomore year at school and Rossi hasn’t even played this year. See any differences between these rookies?

Yeah Kaprizov is definitely better equipped to make an opening night roster, but this also isn't the same management group or coaching staff that you're referring to that doesn't play rookies opening night.

It's facts. Go read the article and come back instead of acting like facts aren't true

There's a big difference. Stop acting like you know this wild management or coaching staff

If not for getting covid rossi was making/ had a very good chance of making opening day roster
