No from Winnipeg. I can see the Jets having interest in Savard at a reasonable price though. Something like a 3rd.

Seems like a high ask for Foligno. I don't entertain the Jets trade at all if I'm Winnipeg.

Lightning have literally ZERO DOLLARS OF TDL CAP SPACE SO 700,000 OF MDZ coming in without 700,000 going out CAN'T HAPPEN
The can't buy Girl scout cookies with the amount of cash available.

Teams don't really matter for MDZ and Nash

Boston has 4 or 5 Nash’s. They would be more interested in Laine, Savard, Domi, Jenner

Well you're paying up for either of those 4

Savard is a nice upgrade from DeMelo who is best suited for a bottom pairing while Savard is a true T4 guy. It’s not a bad deal. We replace DM with Savard and really only give up a 2nd.

Unfortunately Savard is not top 4 anymore. Anything you read about him now, is that he has really sunk in performance, especially this year. Demelo is better now. Even if Savard was slightly better adding a second on to a comparable defenseman is ridiculous and ends up as a lateral move where the Jets waste assets to stay in the same place, instead of an improvement.
